Program Updates:

– Our SEIAP program has helped some  individuals improve their sleep quality and duration in the past quarter.
– We have launched a new sleep health workshop series, covering topics like sleep hygiene, relaxation techniques, and stress management.

Sleep Tips:

– Establish a consistent sleep schedule to regulate your body’s internal clock.
– Create a bedtime routine to signal to your brain that it’s time to sleep.
– Avoid screens and electronics at least an hour before bedtime.

– Join us for our SEIAP webinar on August 15th, where we will explore the link between sleep health and emotional well-being.

– Share your sleep health story with us and inspire others to prioritize their sleep.
